I ordered 3 insulin safes. One for me and one each as a gift for two of my friends. We've all recently started taking mounjaro and we all do a bit of travelling.
I used mine on a recent road trip. I was expecting the safe to keep my meds cool for up to three hours. The travel time took quite a bit longer than expected. It kept my meds at the correct temp for over 7 hours. I was very impressed and loved that it has a built in thermometer so I was confident that my very expensive pen was not too hot or too cold.
The customer service I've received from the Guardian company has been fabulous as well. I highly recommend!
The reason i gave a 4 star was because it has turned up dinged up. It should have had a bit of packing around it in the bag. Havent tryed it out just yet but looking forward to it though. Hope that its what they say it does.

I purchased these to ensure my pens stayed cool throughout my trip. The amazing part is I had to carry 4 pens, so having two cases was very convenient. After packing them with 2 in each case, the temp was around 33 degrees. Here’s what really impressed me, I packed them in my checked bag, and as luck would have it, my first flight was delayed. Flew from Dallas to London to Helsinki to final destination in Stockholm. Due to the initial delay, I arrived on time but my checked luggage did not. My luggage was delivered to my hotel room the following day, a full 30 hours later! The photo shows them when they arrived. Great product and will be using them for all my travels! Thank you for a product I can depend on!
I love how much it will hold! I put both ice packs in and it went down to 46°F in a very short time. I like to keep my insulin cold when I go shopping or other places, especially in the summer.
Product arrived quite quickly. The case is pretty solid/rigid. Did a test run with freezing the inserts (didn't put meds in) and it stayed cold (below 8 degrees centigrade) for about 5 hours. Inside is slightly different with the smaller slots not actually elasticised.
I purchased 2 insulin cooling packs as we will be travelling soon. They are sturdy, well designed with handy compartments to store everything we will need. The ice packs fit perfectly and I really like being able to keep track of the temperature with the temperature display on the outside. Great product
Happier with these cases, the other two I bought were in Fahrenheit which was the wrong temperature. We use Celsius. Not sure what I can do with them ?
Looks good & sturdy. Had a couple of ice packs inside which is great for keeping items cool. My only question is how do you change the battery when it dies ?
Despite the time for this to come from overseas, as Australian stock was out of the colour I ordered. The cooler looks good, feels sturdy too.
It comes with 2 Ice coolers and Battieries installed.
I've enquired about changing batteries down the track and you push the Thermometer out softly from the case to allow you to change these if they ever go flat over time.
